As a reseller, you would like to delete legacy accounts under the Account Management section of the Nucleus portal, but you are unable to do it.
The deletion of these accounts must be done by our carrier in the backend. For our Support Team to request the removal of the accounts, please provide:
- Your Username and Client ID (as a reseller)
- Account Name and Account ID of the accounts you would like to delete
A Support Agent will notify you once the request is completed.
Create a Support Ticket with BCH including the following information:
- Username and Client ID of the reseller
- Name and Account ID of the child account(s) to be deleted
Once the account deletion has been confirmed, check the Management & Reports > Account Management page section in the Nucleus portal to confirm they are no longer visible.
