You want to configure your hosted PBX system to forward calls to a different number when the user that is being called is not able to answer.
Information
The Call Forwarding feature in your hosted PBX system allows incoming calls to a specific user to be diverted to a different number in specific situations, including when there is no answer. This feature can be configured by an administrator in the Admin Portal or by the user in the My Phone Next Portal as described in the Setting Up Call Forwarding Feature article.
For this specific case, make sure you enable the Call Forwarding feature, check the When no answer option, enter the number you wish to divert the calls to and specify the number of rings before the call is forwarded.
