Overview
You want to acquire the call records of your IVR system in the Number Manager portal.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Number Manager portal.
Solution
- Log into the Number manager.
- Click on Reporting.
- Go to Statistics > Summary.
- Enter a Date Range.
- Select a Platform and an Account.
- Enter a Service/Number.
- Click on Download CDR.
Testing
A CSV file will be downloaded that can be reviewed using any text editor or Microsoft Excel.
