You are trying to access a Report, Wallboard, or Dashboard in the iCallSuite (iCS) application but an error message is displayed.
The iCallSuite application is an analytics application that can provide information about the performance and productivity of your agents through different Wallboards, Dashboards, and other types of reports. You may experience issues when trying to access any of these, where an Error page is displayed instead of the selected report. When this happens, contact CallStream Support and report the issue. In your request make sure to include the following to ensure we can replicate the issue:
- Name of the report you are trying to view.
- Credentials you use to access the iCS application. To securely share this information, use any of the following to share the password.
Include the share link generated in the sites above and your username in your request.
