This article provides information about issues you may encounter with an email hosted by CallStream, where your IP address or email address is blacklisted and you are not able to send emails.

Information

A Blacklist is a collection of IP addresses or email addresses that have been flagged for sending spam. If your IP address gets blacklisted,  any email that you or your company sends will get bounced back by the recipient’s email provider. To prevent this from happening, you can remove your IP address from the public blacklist via the MX Toolbox.
