You are experiencing issues with Nucleus' Fax 2 Email service, where the service is failing to deliver to the specified email address.
The Fax 2 Email service in the Nucleus platform allows you to set up a number to receive faxes from third parties. These faxes are converted to PDF documents and sent to a specified email address. You can configure this services by navigating to Call Handling > Fax Solutions >Fax 2 Email and editing the number that has been assigned to this service.
If you have confirmed that the email address specified is valid (there are no typos and the e-mail address exists), but you are still experiencing this issue, contact CallStream Support to get assistance on this matter.
<supportagent> Before reporting the issue to BCH, confirm the carrier of the number assigned to the service as numbers provided by TTB are known to experience issues with fax traffic.
Note: The proposed workarounds for numbers provided by TTB are to either direct faxes directly to the TAD or port the number to Vodafone.
If the carrier of the number is not TTB, create a support ticket with BCH describing the issue the customer is experiencing. BCH will find the cause and provide a solution. </supportagent>
