You are trying to access the Call Recording Management page in the Nucleus portal but the error "Unauthorised Access. You do not have the correct permissions to see this area, please contact your administrator" is displayed.
The Unauthorised Access error is displayed when you are trying to access a service or page your user has not been granted access to. You can confirm if this is the case for the Call Recording Management page by going to the Nucleus portal and reviewing the available options under the Call Handling menu. If the Call Recording Management item is visible, your user should be able to access the page correctly.
If the Unauthorised Access error is shown after you go to Call Handling > Call Recording Management, there might be an issue with the platform. In this case:
- Report the issue to CallStream support, describing the steps you took before the Authorised Access error was displayed. Include screenshots of the steps and the error, if possible.

If the Unauthorised Access error is shown after trying to access the page by directly entering the page's URL in the browser's address bar or using a bookmark, it is possible your user's access permissions have been modified. In this case:
- Confirm if you have access to Call Recordings as described above.
