Overview
Customers may request to have their audio recordings responses in their PCI IVR updated. This article reviews the steps required to update these recordings.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Nucleus portal.
Solution
To change your audio prompt messages the messages must first be uploaded, then configured for use in the IVR. Follow the steps below to complete these actions:
- Log into your Nucleus platform.
- Select Credit Payment Processing.
- Select Admin Tools.
- From the grey toolbar, select Audio.
- Select Service Audio.
- Select Add New Audio.
- Select the Category you want the reporting to be part of.
- Enter the name for the file.
- Select Add New Audio.
- The Service Audio screen will appear. Here the introduction or filename can be changed.
- In the File Upload field, select the Choose File button to upload the audio recording.
- Select Update to complete the new audio file.
- Now, select Credit Payment Processing.
- Select Service Setup.
- On the Search Numbers screen, you can search by number or by service. The service type should be Focus-Menu.
- Once the number is found, select the configure icon on the line of the number.
- Under the Description, the IVR services are listed. Select the icon on the line of the service you would like to edit the audio recordings for.
- Select the prompt you would like to change or add audio for and then select Edit.
- In the Audio field, select the audio file you uploaded to be used for this prompt.
- Select Update Node.
Testing
Upon completion of the steps above, call into your IVR and select the prompt that was changed or that audio was added to, and verify the audio is correct.
