Overview
To be able to successfully log into the mobile and desktop UC-One applications, the login configuration must be updated to indicate the European server must be used to authenticate the user. This article describes the steps to accomplish this in both applications.
Pre-requisites
- Have the Communicator app installed:

Solution
Desktop
-
- Launch the Communicator desktop application.
- Click on the options icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click on Edit Login Info.
- Select Europe and click on Save.
Mobile

- Launch the UC-One Carrier Connect app.
- Click on the configure icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click on Edit Login Info.
- Select the Europe region.
- Click on Save.
Testing
After modifying the login configuration, the user will be able to access the UC One applications using the same credentials used to access the My Phone Next Portal.
