Overview
The Remote Office feature allows users to use a personal phone as their business phone, by redirecting incoming calls to the personal number. If you wish to stop redirecting calls to your personal number, the Remote Oddice feature needs to be disabled. This article provides the steps to accomplish this in the My Phone Next portal, the UC-One Carrier Connect mobile application and the UC-One Communicator desktop application.
Prerequisites
- Access to the UC-One Carrier Connect mobile app
- Access to the Communicator desktop app
- Access to the My Phone Next Portal
Solution
My Phone Next
- Log in to the My Phone Next portal.
- Navigate to Call Settings > Incoming Calls.
- Click on the slider in front of Remote Office to disable the feature.
Mobile
- Log in to the UC One Carrier Connect mobile app.
- Open the side navigation menu by tapping the icon at the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Call Settings > Incoming Calls.
- Disable the Remote Office option.
Desktop
- Log in to the Communicator desktop app.
- Click on the Options icon on the menu on the left.
- Select the Incoming Calls option from the dropdown list at the top.
