You want to know the termination or destination number of your inbound number connected to one of Nucleus' services. Or, you want to change the termination number of your IVR service or divert calls to a different number.
The Nucleus portal can provide many options for termination numbers (destination numbers) depending on the service type being used. For example, a One 2 One service will only have a single termination number where a One 2 Many or Queueing can have several. To find the current termination numbers:
- Go to Call Handling > [RNP Service] (One 2 One, One 2 Many, Queue Manager, etc.).
- Enter the number, click on search, and click on the Configure option for the number.
- Review the Destination(s) field. If the numbers are not displayed here, click on Update to view the list of destinations.
