This article provides information about an issue users may encounter, where the call duration acquired from the iCallSuite application and the Call Recorder site for the same specific call do not match.
CallStream offers add-ons that can provide useful information about the calls that take place within your hosted phone system, including the Voice Recording application and the Call Analytics application. Both of these can be used, for example, to find the total talk time of a specific call.

Users may rarely encounter an issue where the values for call duration displayed in each of the applications do not match. This is usually a reporting error, which means that the actual call duration of a specific call is usually the one displayed on the Call Recorder site. If you encounter this issue, please reach out to CallStream support and provide the following details so the issue can be replicated and investigated on our side:
- Date and time of the call.
- From and to numbers.
