This article provides information about the Call Recording feature in the Nucleus portal and how to access it.
The Call Recording feature in the Nucleus platform allows users to search and listen, download, and/or remove recordings of all calls that have taken place within the Nucleus IVR system. There are three Call Recording services that users can find under the Call Handling menu of the Nucleus portal:
- Call Recording Playback: This service allows users to search and listen to call recordings only.
- Call Recording Download: This service allows users to search, listen, and download audio files.
- Call Recording Management: This service allows users to search, listen, download, and delete audio files.
If you are unable to find any of these services in the Call Handling menu, reach out to CallStream support and request access to be granted.
