The WHC Voice Recording application allows calls in the hosted phone system to be recorded. These recordings can be accessed through the Call Recorder site. If users do not remember their credentials for this site, their password can be reset by an administrator. This article describes the steps to accomplish this through the Business Portal.
Resetting the user's Call Recorder site password is the same process as resetting the user's Business Portal password. Please follow the steps described in Resetting User's Business Portal Password article.
Once the new password has been set, the user can verify if it was updated correctly by logging in to the Call Recorder site. with the new password.
