You may have a question about which version of the SMS application and SMS reporting you are using in the Nucleus Portal.  This article provides information about the Version of SMS applications used in the Nucleus portal.

Solution

• All subscribers to SMS features in the Nucleus portal are using SMS v2 applications and reporting.
• SMS v1 applications and reporting are no longer used or supported.
• Any new or existing accounts will be using V2 applications. 
• <supportagent> SMS app can be upgraded from v1 to v2 with Admin privileges via Nucleus portal > user management >user profile > swapping the version of SMS app from v1 to v2 for each individual user. </supportagent>
