This is article provides information about how to access the call recordings of all inbound and outbound calls of Broadcloud platform users.
Call recordings of all inbound and outbound calls of a user that has the Call Recording feature enabled can be found in the Dubber portal. Access to this portal is granted only to select administrator users. If you are an administrator and wish to access the call recordings, reach out to CallStream support and request a user for the Dubber to be created on your behalf. Include your corporate email in your request.
Refer to Creating Dubber User for instructions on how to create an admin user for a customer in the Dubber portal.
Once the user has been created, you will receive a Welcome email with information about how to create a password for the Dubber portal. Once you create it, you will be able to access the platform and review the Call Recording page. You will be able to search through your recordings and, as an administrator, you will have access to call recordings of other users.
