Agents may have issues while using the Virtual Terminal, where the amount of the transaction cannot be modified in the Value field and the payment attempt fails because this field remains as 0. This is usually caused by the browser cache. To solve this issue, agents need to log out of the Virtual Terminal, clear their browser cache, and log back into the VT.
