This article provides information about restrictions to access an integrated Virtual Terminal.

Information

Integrated Virtual Terminals only allow access to users logging in from a whitelisted IP. This is the only requirement, and agents should be able to access the Virtual Terminal from anywhere in the world as long as their IP has been added to the Whitelist IP in Nucleus, there is internet connectivity, and the local Internet Service Provider (ISP) has no other restrictions.
