You may find it appears you are receiving missed call alerts and are not aware of any missed calls in your system. This article provides instructions for verifying the notifications you are receiving have come from CallStream.
Follow the instructions below:
- Please open a support ticket with CallStream, submit one of the notifications you have received and we can review it and ensure it came from CallStream.
- Review the submitted notification.
- If it came from CallStream, continue with step 3. If the notification did not come from CallStream, inform the customer it is not from us.
- Verify the customer is missing calls using the Customer Reporting They are Missing Calls article.
- If the customer is missing calls, troubleshoot them according to the article Reviewing CallStream Call Logs in Their IVR.
Once the notification has been reviewed by us, we will verify it came from us and provide more information and further instructions.
