An error in our finance system's automated notifications caused some customers on Direct Debit (DD) to receive a suspension notice for accounts that are not overdue and that have correct DD set up.
If you have received such a notice ~22 March 2024 and your account is up to date and paid via DD, you can safely ignore this notice.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We have corrected the error in the finance system that caused this problem and updated our internal processes to prevent similar errors in future.
